The following are the training methods, Ice Breaking, Class Lectures, Roll Play, Practice, Assignment, Personal / Party Presentation, Event Surveys, Feed Back, Image Exhibition, Team Discussion, Field Visit, Party Work & Team Report, Present Speeches, Practical / - Presenting tuition and success story in the workshop.In order to monitor and evaluate training activities, the specific committee evaluates the skill of presenting the speaker / resource managers through various training sessions. Regarding evaluation of the trainees, how many other facilities of the academy are available, their valuable feedback was taken. Assessment and grading of trainees based on the subjects covered in the training module and taking into consideration other topics. Based on the content of the training course, only suitable, skilled and experienced people are selected and invited as a resource person or speaker, and the National Social Service Academy has trained 13240 officers in various subjects, from June 1, 2017 to the last fiscal, till June 2017. .
